Rotating weight plate sleeves with maintenance-free ball bearings ensure smooth, consistent movement and reduce stress on the wrists and forearms. The knurled grip surface with a 25 mm diameter provides a secure hold, even with heavy weights. With a total length of 1250 mm, an inner diameter of 820 mm, and 50 mm weight plate sleeves, the bar is compatible with all standard weight plates with a 50/51 mm bore.

Despite weighing only 7.5 kg, it can support loads of up to 180 kg, making it perfect for intensive strength training in a home gym or studio.
